How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked through our Square booking system. Simply click the booking link on our website or social media, and follow the prompts to reserve your preferred service and time.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes, we do welcome walk-ins whenever availability allows. However, as we may have ongoing sessions, there could be a waiting time. We recommend booking in advance to ensure prompt service and preferred scheduling.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments affect not only your therapist’s schedule but also other clients who could have reserved that time.

To ensure fairness and minimize disruptions:
• A 50% service fee will be charged for the first missed or late-cancelled appointment.
• A 100% service fee will apply to any subsequent missed or late-cancelled appointments.
• A valid credit card may be required to secure future bookings.

Can I book a couples massage or group appointment?

Yes, we offer couples massage sessions in a shared room for a relaxing experience together. To reserve your appointment, please click the booking link and select the couples massage option. For group appointments, feel free to contact us directly so we can assist with scheduling and availability.
